Central Banks: The National Bank of Poland will be reviewing monetary policy. The Bank of Japan’s quarterly corporate Tankan survey will be published, and minutes of the ECB meeting get released. A forum on central banking is being sponsored by the European Central Bank at which many central bankers will be expressing views.

Holidays and Purchasing Manager Surveys: Canada Day falls on Tuesday, and the U.S. Independence Day is on Friday. Purchasing manager surveys for June will be reported on every business day of the week, covering manufacturing, services and construction.

Scheduled U.S. Releases: Quarterly labor market statistics. Monthly factory orders, JOLTS data on job quits, hires and openings, RBC/TIPP optimism index, motor vehicle sales, ADP estimate of private jobs growth, trade balance, construction spending, Dallas Fed manufacturing index, and Chicago PMI. Weekly jobless insurance claims, mortgage applications, chain store sales and energy inventories.

Japanese Releases: Industrial production, construction orders, consumer confidence, housing starts and monetary base.

Other Asia: Trade balances of Thailand, Indonesia, and South Korea. Retail sales in Singapore, South Korea, and Hong Kong. South Korean and Indonesian consumer prices. South Korean and Indian industrial production. South Korea’s current account.

Euroland Releases: Consumer and producer prices, house prices, unemployment, consumer price expectations, money growth and bank lending.

Members of the Euro Area: German, Croatian, Estonian, Irish, Dutch, and Italian retail sales. German, Slovenian and Italian CPI. Austrian and Cypriot producer prices. Portuguese, Croatian, Estonian, French and Spanish industrial production. German factory orders, unemployment and import prices. Spanish current account and consumer prices.

U.K. and Switzerland: British quarterly GDP and current account. British monthly GDP, shop prices, Nationwide house price index and money growth. Swiss retail sales, CPI and KOF leading indicator index.

Eastern and Nordic Europe: Hungarian and Bulgarian PPI. Romanian, Russian, and Czech retail sales. Danish and Russian GDP. Russian GDP, corporate earnings, business sentiment and unemployment.

Australia and New Zealand: Australian money growth, domestic credit expansion, retail sales and trade balance. New Zealand building permits and business sentiment.

Turkey and South Africa: Turkish and South African trade balances. Turkish CPI, PPI, and unemployment.

Canada, Mexico and Brazil: Canadian and Brazilian trade balances. Brazilian PPI and industrial production. Mexican consumer confidence and business sentiment.
