Special Events: European countries on Sunday move to daylight savings time, which will restore five hour differential between New York and and six hour time spreads between New York and Paris, Brussels and Frankfurt, but leave the Tokyo minus New York time spread unchanged at 13 hours. The Canadian government budget will be unveiled on Wednesday.

Monthly personal income, personal consumption, PCE price deflator, Case Shiller and FHFA house price indices, Richmond Fed and Dallas Fed manufacturing surveys, advance trade balance, Conference Board consumer confidence index, U.
