Central Banks: A policy review at the Bank of Thailand is scheduled for Wednesday. The Bank of Japan will release a summary of last week’s Board meeting, which surprised market participants with a tweak to its 10-year JGB yield target.

Holiday: Boxing Day will be observed Monday in the U.K., Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Scheduled U.S. Data Releases: Advance trade deficit estimate, FHFA and Case Shiller house price indices, Dallas and Richmond Fed manufacturing surveys, pending home sales, and Chicago Fed regional purchasing managers index. Weekly jobless insurance claims, chain store sales, energy inventories and mortgage applications.

Euroland: Money and credit growth.

MembersĀ  of the Euro Area: Dutch and Spanish retail sales. Austrian, Greek and Cypriot producer prices. Spanish CPI and current account. Portuguese industrial production, Austrian manufacturing PMI, and Finnish consumer confidence.

U.K. and Switzerland: British Nationwide house price index and shop prices. Swiss ZEW expectations index and KOF leading economic indicators.

Eastern Europe: Russian GDP, industrial production, unemployment, manufacturing and service sector purchasing managers surveys and CPI. Czech business confidence and consumer sentiment.

Nordic Europe: Swedish trade balance and Norwegian retail sales.

Japanese Releases: Corporate service prices, unemployment, retail sales, construction orders, housing starts and industrial production.

Selected Other Asian Releases: South Korean consumer confidence, business confidence, retail sales, industrial production and CPI. Malaysian and Singaporean producer prices. Trade balances in Thailand and Hong Kong.

Brazil and Mexico: Brazilian consumer confidence and Mexican unemployment.
