Scheduled U.S. Economic Data Releases: Quarterly current account and monthly durable goods orders, pending home sales, U. Michigan consumer sentiment, Kansas City Fed and Richmond Fed manufacturing surveys, Chicago Fed National Activity index, and IHS-compiled preliminary findings of the purchasing managers survey. Weekly jobless insurance claims, mortgage applications, chain store sales, and energy inventories.

Euroland Releases: Current account, money and credit growth, consumer confidence and preliminary purchasing manager survey findings.

Members of the Euro Area: German and French PMI surveys.  Italian, Belgian, Irish, and Dutch consumer confidence. Spanish and Dutch GDP. German, Spanish, Belgian, Italian, and French business confidence. German, Finnish, Spanish, and Irish producer prices. German IFO Institute business climate index, Dutch household consumption, Italian current account and French index of leading economic indicators.
