So are ECB President Draghi, Bank of Canada Governor Poloz, Swiss National Bank President Jordan, Hansson, Nowotny and Liikanen of the ECB Governing Council, Bank of Japan Governor Kuroda, and Edey of the Reserve Bank of Australia.

New Zealand Time Change: Clocks there will be moved forward an hour this weekend.

Selected Other Asian Data: Three purchasing manager surveys — one each from the government on manufacturing and non-manufacturing and Caixin’s private-compiled poll of manufacturing.
