Central Banks: Monetary policy meetings in Australia, India, Poland, Peru, and Sri Lanka. Minutes will be published from the last ECB and FOMC policy meetings.

Holidays and Events: Easter Monday will be observed in many countries, including Italy, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the U.K., Canada, Hong Kong and Norway. China (Ching Ming Festival) and South Africa (Family Day) also have holidays on Monday. IMF meetings will be held late in the period.

Scheduled U.S. Data Releases: Factory orders, PPI, consumer credit, trade deficit, JOLTs index, IBD/TIPP optimism index, and NY regional PMI. Weekly jobless insurance claims, mortgage applications, chain store sales, energy inventories, and consumer comfort index.

Japanese and Chinese Statistical Releases: Japanese current account, household spending, consumer confidence, economy watchers index, reserves, labor cash earnings and index of leading economic indicators. Chinese CPI, PPI, trade balance, and reserves.

Selected Other Asian Releases: Filipino and Taiwanese trade balances. Thai and Filipino consumer confidence. South Korean current account and index of leading economic indicators. Thai and Taiwanese consumer prices. Filipino industrial production.

Euroland Data: Unemployment, producer prices, and Sentix investor confidence index.

Members of the Euro Area: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Greek, Irish, and Cypriot industrial production. German, French, and  Austrian trade balances. Dutch, Greek, and Cypriot consumer prices. Italian and Spanish unemployment. German industrial orders and current account. Canadian Releases: Trade balance, labor market statistics and IVEY-PMI index.
