Central Bank Beat:  Interest rate policy meetings are scheduled in Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, South Africa and Colombia.  Minutes will be published for the last meetings at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Bank of England, European Central Bank and Federal Reserve.  The heads of the ECB (Draghi), Bank of Canada (Poloz), and Bank of Japan (Kuroda) speak publicly, as do Fisher, Evans, and Williams of the Federal Reserve.
