Central Bank Beat:  Interest rate policy meetings are scheduled in Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, South Africa and Colombia.  Minutes will be published for the last meetings at the Reserve Bank of Australia, Bank of England, European Central Bank and Federal Reserve.  The heads of the ECB (Draghi), Bank of Canada (Poloz), and Bank of Japan (Kuroda) speak publicly, as do Fisher, Evans, and Williams of the Federal Reserve.

Holiday:  Victoria Day in Canada on Monday.

U.S. Data Releases:  Housing starts, building permits, Philly and K.C. Fed manufacturing indices, Chicago Fed National Activity Index, National Association of Home Builders index, existing home sales, index of leading economic indicators, consumer prices, and weekly observations of jobless insurance claims, chain store sales, consumer comfort, mortgage applications, and energy inventories.
