Holidays: Chinese markets remain closed Monday and Tuesday for the Lunar New Year.

Central Banks: Policy meetings in Israel, Hungary and Turkey.  Released minutes from the Bank of Japan.  Fed Chairperson Yellen delivers Humphrey-Hawkins semiannual testimony on the economy and policy before the Senate Banking Committee on Tuesday and the House Financial Services Committee on Wednesday.  ECB does a targeted LTRO.

U.S. Economic Data:  Consumer prices, revised GDP, existing and new home sales, pending home sales, Case-Shiller and FHFA house price indices, Dallas, Richmond and Kansas City Fed manufacturing indices, Conference Board and U. Michigan consumer sentiment indices, Chicago Fed National Activity Index, Chicago and Milwaukee regional manufacturing PMIs, durable goods orders, plus weekly figures for jobless insurance claims, chain store sales, mortgage applications, consumer comfort and energy inventories.

Canada and Latin America: Canadian consumer prices.  Mexican retail sales and current account.  Brazil current account.
